The Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area is an extensive, family-oriented off-road trail system located in Central Pennsylvania. Riders of ATV's, SxS, dirt bikes and full-size vehicles enjoy the diversity of the trail system on 8,000 acres of wooded land that provide many experiences to keep riders coming back for more. The Event Center near the parking area gives riders shelter to eat, as well as portable bathroom facilities.
Bald Eagle State Forest, named for the famous Native American, Chief Bald Eagle, includes 194,000 acres in Snyder, Union County, Centre, Mifflin and Clinton Counties. The forest spans across the high, sharp ridges of central Pennsylvania and features miles of pristine mountain streams and tracts of old growth forest. Bald Eagle offers unparalleled pleasing beauty and boundless recreational opportunities such as an extensive network of trails, awesome scenic vistas, flaming fall foliage and picturesque drives.
Bic's kayak/canoe rental provides transportation to designated drop-off locations on the Susquehanna so patrons can enjoy some relaxing time on the water. On their return, they can relax on lounge chairs or hammocks located around on-site firepits. Watch for expansions coming soon!

Formed in the Spring of 2021 the Friends are a non-profit, volunteer group that exists to conserve, support and protect the Park's resources by promoting education, responsible recreation and stewardship for present and future generations at R. B. Winter State Park and its subsidiaries McCalls Dam State Park, Ravensburg State Park and Sand Bridge State Park. They welcome all those who are interested in becoming members of the Friends to join them at one of their monthly volunteer work days.

Lake Heron Retreat is a hidden gem in Liverpool, Perry County, PA. There are 240 acres of woodland with many hiking trails and a 10-acre lake. The lake provides excellent fishing as well as boating and swimming. Preserving the natural resources and wildlife habitat is one of the main goals of the owners. The peaceful and quiet, uncrowded atmosphere bring families back year after year. There are two primitive cabins and ten RV sites. The pavilion can also be reserved for families and larger groups with tent camping next to the pavilion. There are showers and flush toilets on the RV campground side of the lake, with the primitive cabins on the opposite side. There is a pit toilet and no electricity or water on the "Mohawk" side. The Center in Millersburg, PA, was built to house the Center's collection of hundreds of original works. It also showcases works of contemporary artists from around the country. The Center's lands offer a tranquil outdoor experience on more than 500 contiguous acres of rustic beauty.
PA Jeeps is a non-profit educational group of approximately 115 off-roading enthusiasts. They work to promote off-highway activities such as camping and trail-riding to families and individuals in the region with an emphasis on preserving the environment and natural resources. The group sponsors family trail rides to Show-and-Shine events.
Penn Avon offers camping from April 1st to October 31st. All sites are full hook-ups with WiFi and Cable TV. Open November through March for monthly site rentals.
R. B. Winter State Park covers 695 acres. The focal point of the park is Halfway Lake which is filled by spring-fed mountain streams and contained by a hand-laid, native sandstone dam. Open year-round, the park provides diverse opportunities for recreation. Seventeen miles west of Lewisburg on State Route 192.
Welcome to Shady Brook Campground located in the foothills of Shade Mountain where you can enjoy the beauty, tranquility and quiet in a mature forest. Shady Brook offers large and spacious campsites, with lots of "Elbow Room", RV, back-in, tents and cabins. Sites offer water, modern electric and WIFI.
Located at the confluence of the West and North Branches of the Susquehanna River, Shikellamy State Park encompasses 132 acres that feature a Marina at Lake Augusta and a scenic river overlook. The Shikellamy complex includes the 82-acre Milton State Park located along Rt. 15 at West Milton and the 20-acre Susquehanna State Park, home of the Hiawatha paddleboat, located at Reach Rd., Williamsport.

Sunny Hill Golf Course is a family-run course that is open to the public year-round, weather permitting. The course sits on 30 acres that includes a 9-hole Par 3 executive course and driving range. Weekly and monthly tourneys are held as well as glow ball, leagues and free youth lessons during the summer. Memberships begin March 1st.
The Susquehanna Greenway is a landscape of parks, trails, boat launches and communities that run along the banks of the Susquehanna River and its West Branch.
