State-Designated Artisan Trail
Route 15 is a state-designated Artisan Trail called "Byway of the Arts". The trail will guide you to artistic adventures with Pennyslvania's scenic countryside serving as a beautiful backdrop along the way. This Artisan Trail is approximately 180 miles running north to south, captivating you with rural hideaways and quaint shops to hip urban galleries and distinctive lodging choices.

Arts and Culture in the Susquehanna River Valley
The 70+ members of the Buffalo Valley Singers from a four-county area perform a wide range of musical styles during two seasons, September to December for a Christmas concert and January to May for a spring concert. Committed to community service, BVS participates in the Lights of Love ceremony and a spring memorial service for the Evangelical Hospice program. An ensemble group and a quartet perform in community and other special events upon request.
Built in 1941, the Campus Theatre in downtown Lewisburg is an excellent example of art deco architecture. From its 16 foot murals to its etched glass doors, nearly all of the interior and exterior fixtures remain intact today. Open nightly, the theatre shows first-run, independent and classic films as well as specialized film festivals.
The Community Arts Center is dedicated to artistic excellence and providing Williamsport, PA and the surrounding areas with professional performing arts. Take in one of our inspiring arts programs, ranging from music to dance,comedy to Broadway theater.
The Community Theatre League is North Central PA's #1 theatre for the community, BY the community offering an extensive line-up of live theater productions which include full-length musicals and plays, children's shows, and student productions, as well as concerts featuring local bands, vocal groups, and instrumental ensembles. Located in Downtown Williamsport, The Community Theatre is within walking distance to several downtown restaurants, making it a great part of a night out on the town.
The Elias Church was build in 1806 and served both the German Reformed and Lutheran congregation until 1857. Restoration of the church began in 2005 and has been restored to its original state: featuring a wine glass pulpit, arched LeigenderStuhl trusses, original plank flooring, curved ceiling and three sided gallery. Now open as a performing arts venue; come enjoy music, theatre, children's and educational programs.
Visit the Exchange Gallery: Shows feature work by artists of all ages and levels of experience from throughout the Susquehanna Valley. Other Exchange programs include the annual Destination Blues Music Festival,the Art Cart, and community events such as ArtFest and BOO!burg.
A Professional Summer Theatre located in Central PA with over 17,000 visitors a year. Established in 1963, this season the theatre will include a mix of classics along with new premiers at Millbrook from musicals to comedies that are great for all ages.
MHS, through community outreach and partnerships, cultivates among its many audiences a broad appreciation and awareness of our past and inspires and fosters learning through engaging and unique experiences. We work to share, preserve and celebrate our unique community by focusing on history, the arts, and educational programs. Our year-round calendar of events includes art shows and quilt exhibits, lectures and workshops, museum and local history tours. In addition to our museum/research library, MHS maintains the Heritage Park & Nature Trail, the ecologically and culturally rich property featuring portions of the once-vital West Branch Canal, views of the site of the "Last Raft" tragedy, and river-to-park access; and Muncy's Walking and Heritage Quilt Trail.
The Center in Millersburg, Pennsylvania was built to house the center's collection of hundreds of original works. It also showcases works of contemporary artists from around the country. The Center's lands offer a tranquil outdoor experience on more than 500 contiguous acres of rustic beauty.
The NCAH is established to enhance the quality of life, economic development and tourism in Northumberland and surrounding counties through promotion of the arts for all age groups by offering cultural and educational programs and exhibits.
The galleries are a program of Bucknell University that create meaningful encounters between artists, students, scholars, the public and works of art. Two gallery locations: Samek Art Museum - 3rd fl. Elaine Langone Center, Bucknell University, and Downtown Art Gallery - 416 Market St., Lewisburg.
Professional and campus music, dance, and theatre events, as well as lectures, convocations, and other functions are held in the 1,200 seat Weis Center, an architecturally striking and acoustically exceptional performance hall. Annual series includes 30+ professional performances including world music, jazz, modern dance, classical, and a Family Discovery Series.
Come hear the jewel of downtown Williamsport! Under the direction of Maestro Gerardo Edelstein, the WSO is a professional regional symphony orchestra with performances that cater to any musical taste.
