Spring is here and it is a beautiful season to hit the links. After a long winter, you can finally head to your favorite golf course or visit a course you haven’t tried yet for a new challenge. Every shot is the perfect shot when enjoying the spring delights and wonderful sights at Susquehanna River Valley golf clubs, both public and semi-private.

Bucknell Golf Club is an 18-hole, semi-private golf course. Home of the Bucknell University Men's and Women's Golf Teams, the Bucknell Golf Club is a well-manicured and challenging course. The 1846 Grill Room at the Bucknell Golf Club is open for indoor and outdoor seating

This 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course is rated one of the finest courses in Northeastern PA with a pro shop that is fully-stocked with top brands. The on-site restaurant, The Iron Fork, features a patio overlooking the #18 green and is open to the public, along with an Olympic-size swimming pool. Special events like a weddings, rehearsal dinners, parties, tournaments or meetings can be hosted in the banquet room that offers breathtaking views of the Valley and accommodates 100 guests. Conveniently located between Danville and Bloomsburg near Geisinger Medical Center.

Nestled at the base of a pine and hardwood-covered hillside just 1/2-mile from Knoebels Amusement Resort, Three Ponds Golf Course boasts four sets of tees appealing to players of all abilities. The semi-private club is a regulation 18-hole, par 71 golf course rated 70.1 from the blue tees with a slope of 127. On location, the Nickle Plate Bar & Grill features a wide variety of assorted lunch and dinner specials, along with a selection of craft specialty beer, wine and cocktails. The clubhouse can accommodate group outings and tournaments for up to 125 people.

Sunny Hill Golf Course is a family-run course that is open to the public year-round, weather permitting. The course sits on 30 acres that includes a 9-hole Par 3 executive course and driving range. Weekly and monthly tourneys are held as well as glow ball, leagues and free youth lessons during the summer. Memberships begin March 1st.
