New Year New You at the Lewisburg YMCA at the Miller Center

Coming January 8 are Beginner (12 & under) and Intermediate/Advanced (13 & up) Soccer Clinics every Sunday at the Lewisburg YMCA. Clinics are 7 weeks and are coached by Susquehanna University Assistant Coach Angela Amato. Join us in the warm indoors and work on your soccer skills this winter!

Join us for our upcoming softball pitching clinics led by veteran player and coach Mandi Black. Coach Black has over 20 years of playing experience, and was a standout player for the Bloomsburg University softball team. Clinics are open to players 6 to 15 years old and begin January 4.

• Pitching Clinic (6-10) - Wednesdays, 6-7 PM, 1/4-1/25/23

Join the Lewisburg YMCA at the Miller Center for the first ever Golf Tournament on our state-of-the-art Full Swing Golf Simulator. This is a 3 week tournament with 2 additional weeks to determine handicaps and create flights. Each week you play 9 holes on a different course and compete for prizes including free passes to the simulator and rounds of golf at Bucknell! Keep that swing sharp in the wintertime, and have a lot of fun, too.

2nd Session Begins January 2nd for preschoolers and January 3 for U6 and U8.

Join YMCA Personal Trainer Tom Reitz for a small group program that is designed to improve your strength and flexibility. TRX is a suspension training program that uses your body weight in various positions to provide resistance against gravity. The only equipment you need is you and provided TRX straps which are attached overhead or to a wall. It is safe and fully adaptable to anyone.

LIT is a new program for pre-teens and teens at the Y. Coming this January, there will be a coolest t-shirt challenge, and an egg-drop competition for kids with an interest in STEM.
