This brand new small group training is headed by our new personal
trainer Tiago Marques! Trainings run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
from 5 to 6 pm. Sessions include a beginner’s guide to hypertrophy with a
2-week intro plan and then a 4-week mass builder training program
guided towards building increased knowledge on various exercises, form,
technique, and becoming more accustomed to the bodybuilding style of
training. The goal for this 6-week program is to achieve progressive
overload whether it’s through increased resistance, rest times, tempo,
or reps. Max of 8 participants so sign up today! Class begins July 7 and
runs through August 15, 2022.
