Chalk City Friday, July 8⋅10:00am – 12:00pm Become architects and construction workers while you help design a chalk cityscape. Use cars and other vehicles to drive through the streets of this collaborative city. Program is outside in the courtyard (weather permitting) and masks are recommended. Recommended for children ages 4 and up and is included with general admission or membership. It’s that time once again when the days are hot, and you’re looking for a cool place to chill with your family on a summer evening. The LCM’s got you covered. Come ‘squeeze the day’ with some refreshing lemon fun with Pelican’s Snoballs in the courtyard, weather permitting, and a sweet Strawberry DNA STEM activity with our friends from Union County 4H, while supplies last. This event is recommended for all ages. Half-priced admission for non-members ($4) and is free to members. [email protected] Summer Camp Monday, July 18- Friday, July 22⋅9:00am – 12:00pm Introduce your child to hands-on STEAM activities through creative materials while we combine STEM learning with an artistic approach. Projects allow students to have fun and be creative while developing their hands-on making skills. Program is recommended for children 6-10 years old (Kindergarten is a prerequisite). Outdoor activities will be prioritized; LCM will follow CDC guidance regarding masking. Members $135/Nonmembers $150 (Membership status will be confirmed). Register here. V.I.P.
