Spring Break Horsemanship Day Camp is an immersive Day Camp where students learn nearly all there is to know about the day-to-day when it comes to taking care of a horse.
During their four-day-long journey, campers learn the foundation of good horsemanship with a high emphasis on safety around horses, groundwork and gaining the trust of the animal, riding bareback and in the Western saddle.
In addition to learning what is it like to own a horse, campers will also develop and enhance leadership skills, make new friends and build teamwork skills.
Camp runs Fri-Mon, 8am-5pm from April 7th - April 10th. Everything is provided including helmets, snacks and lunches with plenty of extra fun activities.
Half-day enrollment is available for 5-7 yr olds and full-day enrollment is available for 6-17 yr olds. Everyone gets a pizza party on Monday, performs for their guests at Monday's graduation show as well as receives a graduation certificate and other goodies.
There are plenty of spots open right now for Spring Break Horsemanship Day Camp. Don't Horse around, though! These camps can fill up overnight!

These program days are for young people ages 9 to 14, introducing them to important skills in both kayaking and fishing, building confidence in these outdoor skills, and developing a vested interest in protecting our river's resources.
