Your Play Plus Membership gets you access to other museums around the country!

Did you know that the LCM is a member of the Association of Science and Technology Centers?

What does that mean? Families that have the LCM Play Plus Membership can visit other participating ASTC museums for free!

Recently, the Krahn family shared just how much they love their Play Plus membership that provides the reciprocal membership:
"We travel once a year to visit family in North Carolina. We checked the list online and found there was tons of places down there included on our pass. We visited the Marbles Kids Museum in downtown Raleigh, Greensboro Science Center, Museum of Life and Science, and N.C. Transportation Museum. Our family of four got into all locations free of charge. Our little boys had the best week learning, playing, and gaining cultural experiences they couldn’t have gotten at home. We were able to do more on our trip than normal because we saved so much on admission fees; I estimate we saved $180 and that is counting the fact that our kids would have gotten into 3 of those locations for free. If they had been older our savings would have been even higher. Not to mention, we LOVE our local children’s museum and have spent countless hours there. The small extra fee was more than worth the upgrade [to our membership]. We can’t wait to see what other places we can discover with it."

Psst- you can upgrade your current membership at any time to take advantage of this reciprocal program!
