Our bread is baked fresh every morning the bistro is open, since 1997. Our European style breads are hand-shaped & made from an Italian style biga.  The selections vary with seasonal ingredients & our baker’s creativity. We have added to our bakery line - biscotti, brownies, bar cookies, seasonal fruit filled tarts, crostatas, scones & daily seasonal additions that are Fresh seasonal local ethnic and healthy
