"Haunting The Exchange"

Arts & Museum Exhibits

September 13, 2021 to October 15, 2021

The Exchange Gallery

Halloween has come early to the Exchange Gallery this year with another exciting show: "Haunting The Exchange" has almost 100 pieces by 41 artists from eight Pennsylvania counties as well as Virginia and Arizona.  Among them, three generations of two families submitted pieces, and the youngest exhibitor will turn three years old next month.  Also of note, a group of seventh graders from St. Joseph's School in Danville submitted work -- all of them first-time exhibitors here, adding yet more names to the roster of more than seven hundred people who have shared their art with us since 2014.

We'll have a complete walk-through of the show on our Web site later this week or early next (we have a big grant application to finish first), but we'll give you this preview, with "Helen of No Man" by former Exchange board member Elizabeth Wislar front and center.

And of course you can stop in to see everything for yourself during any of our open hours -- this week, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (and you can check the calendar each week here).  We look forward to seeing you!

Show runs Monday, September 13th through Friday, October 15th

Reception TBD – perhaps a palm-reading and/or ghost-stories event
