The Northumberland County Fair is a showcase of agricultural exhibits including baking, canning, children's 4-H projects, garden produce, and needlework. The 2019 fair will be held from Aug. 21 to 24 at Tall Cedars Grove, 522 Seven Points Rd., Sunbury, PA. The Northumberland County Fair is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Sounds on the Susquehanna is a nonprofit organization dedicated to continuing the tradition of Drum Corps in the Susquehanna River Valley. Started as the Cavalcade of Champions in the 1950's by Milton's American Legion Wallace W. Fetzer Post 71 Keystoners Drum and Bugle Corps., Sounds on Susquehanna is an annual event held during the summer at Milton's Alumni Stadium.
