The Buffalo Valley Rail Trail, which opened in November 2011, is a 9.2 mile trail that joins Lewisburg and Mifflinburg. The trail includes facilities and parking areas at both ends and interpretive signage along the route. The trail parallels Route 45.

The 18-hole "Three Ponds" course at the Knoebels Three Ponds Golf Club facility features 6,132 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. The course rating is 69.1 and it has a slope rating of 127.

PPL Montour Preserve
The preserve offers a variety of educational and recreational opportunities, including hiking, nature trails, boating, fishing and cross country skiing. Over 200 different species of birds have been recorded at the preserve. Visitors Center on property as well as picnic tables and pavilions.
R. B. Winter State Park
R. B. Winter State Park covers 695 acres. The focal point of the park is Halfway Lake which is filled by spring-fed mountain streams and contained by a hand-laid, native sandstone dam. Open year-round, the park provides diverse opportunities for recreation. Seventeen miles west of Lewisburg on SR 192.
Shikellamy State Park
132-acre park includes a scenic overlook of the Susquehanna River and a marina at Lake Augusta - located at the confluence of the West and North Branches of the Susquehanna River. Also part of the complex are the Milton State Park and the Susquehanna State Park. The 82 acre Milton Park is located along Rt. 15 at West Milton, PA and the 20 acre Susquehanna Park, home of the Hiawatha paddleboat, is located at Reach Rd., Williamsport,PA.
