Owens Farm

Take A "Haycation" at Owens Farm

Our overnight farmstays are open for the season!  The Loft is a cozy guesthouse, formerly a carriage barn, that sleeps up to 6 in bunks, double below and twin above.   Each bed features a luscious pure wool comforter made, of course, from our own flock's  fleeces.  You enjoy your own fully equipped kitchen and bath.  Help out with farm activities as you wish, or simply relax and enjoy the lovely setting.  With hundreds of sheep, dozens of pigs, chickens, horses, working border collies, and honeybees, there's always something interesting going on here.  112 acres of pasture and woods offer unlimited opportunity for nature study and solitude.  Farmstays are private and personal, because we host only one overnight group at a time.

Our guests come from near and far.  The closest distance traveled is.... 5 miles!  Yes, many local families come for a complete change of scenery yet close to home.  The longest distance so far has been the sheep farmer from New Zealand who came last summer (we had lots to talk about!).

You can easily check availability and make reservations online by following this link to our webpage.    Feel free to email with questions or if you need more information.
