Integral Yoga is an ancient, cohesive style that addresses the whole individual--body, mind, emotions and spirit--allowing health, joy, peace, and fulfillment to be experienced on a daily basis. Weekly classes are offered in Level 1 and 2 Hatha, chair and yoga for cancer patients, survivors and caregivers, as well as specialty programming for mood management, meditation, children, etc. throughout the year.


Join us for Gentle Yoga, QiGong, Tai Chi, and Reiki, Monday through Saturday at our beautiful New Berlin location.

Level 1 Yoga
Our Level 1 Integral Yoga Classes are a 60 to 90-minute rejuvenating experience with a focus on deep relaxation, breathing, and meditation taught in the gentle Integral Yoga style. Monday-Saturday. Visit website for specific times.

Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a gentle style of yoga in which the chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body, giving additional support and stability as you move through poses. Wednesdays, 10-11:30am.

Yoga for Cancer
Tuesdays, 4:30-5:30pm

Men’s Yoga
Wednesdays, 7-8:30pm

Kid’s Yoga
Thursdays, 4:30-5:30pm

Qi Gong (pronounced "chee gung") is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused attention. Tuesdays, 5:45-6:45pm and Wednesdays, 8:30-9:30am

Tai Chi
Tai Chi developed in China as a self-defense strategy, or martial art. It is practiced in modern times as a gentle exercise technique described as “meditation in motion," a series of postures in slow graceful movements.
